Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

For change of mind returns:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs paid by Crown & Grain are non-refundable
  • Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

If approved, Crown & Grain will provide a replacement, store credit, or full refund, including any reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Genuine Leather Characteristics

Our products are crafted from genuine leather. Natural variations in grain, texture, markings, creases, and colour are part of the leather’s unique character and authenticity.

These natural characteristics are not considered defects and do not qualify for a refund or return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn products
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Altered or modified items
  • Clearance or final sale items (where stated)
